Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach that helps children with Autism build skills in communication, behavior, and independence. It focuses on positive reinforcement and tailored strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
ABA therapy is designed for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It can benefit toddlers, children, and teens by helping them develop daily living skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve social interactions.
If your child struggles with communication, behavior regulation, transitions, or daily tasks, ABA may help. A professional evaluation can determine if ABA is appropriate. Contact us for a free consultation to get started.
We provide home and school-based ABA therapy throughout North Carolina, including Charlotte, Morrisville, Fayetteville, Sanford, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Cary, Willmington and more. Check our Locations page for the full list.
Sunny Skies ABA specializes in home and school-based services, allowing your child to learn in their most familiar environments. This also gives parents or schools direct insight and involvement in therapy sessions.
Most children receive between 20–30 hours of ABA therapy per week, depending on their needs, but hours may be less or more based on recommendation. Your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will recommend a schedule after your child’s initial assessment.
