As we continue to grow across North Carolina, we're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help us share our story and connect with the communities we serve.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, thinking creatively, and helping a growing company build its brand. This is a flexible, fully remote position for someone who can work independently while collaborating with our leadership team to support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop graphics, flyers, and other marketing materials that align with the Sunny Skies ABA brand.
- Assist with promoting open positions and recruiting campaigns.
- Help maintain and update our website and online presence.
- Create email marketing campaigns and company newsletters.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for community events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing ideas, branding, and company growth initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the values and mission of Sunny Skies ABA.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current marketing trends.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in marketing, ABA, or recruiting.
