We're a growing, clinician-led ABA company seeking a passionate Clinical Operations Supervisor / BCBA to help lead our clinical team while continuing to provide exceptional care to the families we serve. This hybrid leadership role requires an in-person presence 1–2 days per week, with the remainder of your schedule completed remotely. Flexible Hybrid Schedule:
- Hybrid position requiring 1–2 in-person days per week, with remote work for the remainder of your schedule

Position Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Operations Supervisor/ BCBA, you will play an integral role in ensuring high-quality clinical services while supporting the growth and success of our clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs
- Mentor clinicians and support ongoing professional development
- Conduct clinical assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and other evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Review clinical programming and ensure treatment fidelity across cases
- Conduct caregiver and parent training to promote meaningful progress
- Monitor client outcomes and provide clinical guidance as needed
- Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with BACB and payer standards
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations, staffing, and program development
- Foster a positive, supportive, and ethical clinical culture
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience preferred
- Experience supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care
